We scheduled in advance for 9 of us to have dedicated transportation from the airport to the cruise terminal. The flight was 10 minutes delayed. The driver initially texted us, but then went radio silent - no text, would not answer phone calls. We even sent an e-mail to the booking contact through Viator. 40 minutes later, the driver contacted us and directed to a pick up spot. We were picked up an hour after our initial contact. Contacted Viator afterwards to relay our experience - no customer recovery offer. Will not be using this service again - I would encourage others to use Uber / Lyft as it will be more timely and not tie up your $$ for an unreliable service.

Great communication with driver as we were with someone using airport wheelchair assistance so it took us longer to get off plane, collect luggage and get to pickup area. Quick and easy delivery to hotel and assistance with luggage.
