Ok this is not for anyone out of shape. I repeat get some muscles, if not you'll have them by the end of the day.
Some advice: 1.Best to do in the winter time, it was sooooo hot in Sept. 2. Wear workout pants instead of shorts, unless you like them riding up. 3. Get the gloves and water package. They're not much more but will save ur hands and cool you down.
The staff were polite, helpful, and friendly, and super attentive. If you can't do it there is no shame in your game. Some of the courses are NOT for everyone. ESPECIALLY COURSE 5! Make sure you have upper body strength for that one!
Zip lines were super fun! And the courses were challenging.
All in all great experience. We had a blast and will be back!!!!
