First, don't try this unless you are in shape. Second, GET THE GLOVES! Third, DRINK THE WATER! This place kicked my butt. I went with my son to try something different. I thought I was in good enough shape, apparently I was wrong. By half way through the second course I was exhausted and started to feel light headed. I was able to get to the next ladder down but it was apparent to the guide who had been watching us that something was wrong. By the time I got to the ground another guide was there with water and a cold compress and they took me to their "cool room" until I felt well enough to walk around on my own. I felt bad for my son, who could have gone for a while. I was then told I shouldn't feel bad and if anything I should be proud since I was able to get down on my own. Apparently they had already had to rescue 5 people that day who couldn't make it to a ladder to get down. Don't get me wrong, we had fun and I will probably try again, but don't let the videos fool you. This is hard work that requires a decent amount of upper body strength. You will get hot. You will get swetty and if you don't drink enough water you will get dehydrated or overheated.

Thank you for your visit, and for the review. TreeUmph! can be a physically demanding activity for a lot of people, while others climb with ease. It is a uniquely challenging experience for all. It certainly is very warm this time of year, and staying hydrated before, during, and after your adventure is super important. Don't forget, you can always call for a Guide and we could have saved you the climb down the ladder! We are glad that you had fun and will most likely give us another try in the future! We look forward to seeing you and your son again when the weather cools down.

I loved the course and since I am going to school in Georgia in the mountains, Ive seen my fair share of ropes courses. This one was great fun for all ages and still challenging! My only complaint is why is there only a student discount for 'Florida Schools only'? That seems a bit ridiculous to me. Anyways thats my only complaint. Would definitely recommend to all my friendsh and family and I will be back!

My friend and I had a fantastic time! We made it through 4 out of 5 levels and both agreed that we would be back to tackle all 5 levels. The course is set up to ease you in, and I was amazed at how brave I was by the end! I wouldn't recomend this adventure if you're terrified of heights, but I'm moderately scared of heights and found that I was concentrating so intently on the obstacles that the heights issue fell to the background. I would say this is great for groups, but make sure everyone is in relatively good health.
