I want to start this review by saying that I totally LOVE TreeUmph, and I have been there a couple of times. It's an amazing workout (especially if you make it to the 5th level!) Each level gets progressively harder and higher as you go, and it really makes a nice transition, especially if you're afraid of heights. The guides are amazing, helpful, and upbeat. They are always willing to shout out pointers if you're daunted by an obstacle. Now for the bad, the woman at the front counter gave us a hard time when we arrived to check in! We had made reservations online, and my boyfriend is a full time student, so we signed him up for the student price. When she asked to see his student ID, she looked at it and stated dryly that she had never heard of his school before. Admittedly, she did grudgingly give us the discount, but neither of us appreciated the slight. Her attitude clearly stated that she didn't want to be friendly or accommodating to the people there. It gave us a bad start to what still turned out to be a fantastic adventure. Definitely worth the trip, just take the check in lady with a grain of salt!
