This was our second time going to TREEUMPH! The staff is always high speed and they help each guest feel comfortable.

Great place to "hang out:" for the day! They are very conscious of safety and teaching you to do what it takes to be safe. Get the water as an option! All was good, the only things I'd say that needs some accommodating is to provide two alternatives in various areas so you can bypass slower participants. We got stuck behind a very slow group of 3 and it resulted in us needing to cut our day short (we figured 4 hours would be fine, and it would have been if we could have moved at a decent pace). This option does not arise until later in the course. Also, no bug spray? You need it in the trees...mosquitos and horse flies... spray before you go or maybe wear a creamy based coverage? They should provide something for FREE that's acceptable if regular spray won't work with the equipment. Also, a beer (for purchase or BYOB) at the end would have been perfect after a hot sweaty day. I understand it's likely an insurance issue but at the end after turning in your gear? It would have been nice for the camaraderie of our group to sit around and talk about it afterwards over a beer.

Thanks so much for your review. Our highest priority here at TreeUmph! is keeping our guests safe at all times. We do our best to manage the flow of traffic on the courses and we apologize for any delays you may have encountered. Bug spray comes in handy at times and spraying prior to arrival is a great suggestion. In order to maintain the safety and integrity of our harnesses it is very important to keep bug spray away from direct contact with the climbing gear. Thanks again for your review and we look forward to seeing you all again soon.

We went with our two kids, ages 8 and 12. My son completed the children's course four times, but each time the TreeUmph counselor made the course more challenging and exciting for him, so he wouldn't be bored. My daughter and I completed adult courses 1-4. We loved every part of the course. It was a great workout! We hope to complete course 5 next time we visit.
