A very difficult course overall, but heaps of fun! Would recommend not pushing your limits when it comes to finishing all courses and if you're scared of heights, this course is NOT for you. Have to climb and dismount every obstacle, even the last giant zip line which is ( get this ) 3 stories high with nothing to catch you but your harness! Ahh! Only negative experience I had overall is with a couple guides being unprofessional and mocking me instead of helping when I yelled for them and asked for it and the girls I was with had the same experience! There was one guide with glasses that was quite nice and stood behind me when I was scared just Incase I was to fall so THANK YOU TO HIM!

Hello, Thank you for your review and for coming out to enjoy a day in the park. We are happy you had a fun day despite our guides' interaction with you. We work hard to train our guides in all aspects of safety first and then to be playful, courteous and supportive. We rarely hear that this is not what our guests experience. We do have occasions when our guides misjudge the situation with their humor and this could come across as mocking. We would love to have an opportunity train the guides based on your experience to better judge the situation and of course make sure all experiences are professional and courteous. We would greatly appreciate you providing more information to our operations manager. He can be reached at [email protected] Cheers!

I bought tickets for my husband's bday. This was right up his alley. I stepped off after course 4, I was too scared to go on. My husband finished all 6 courses. He loved it & wants to go again. Maybe next time I'll finish all 6 since I'll know what's coming next.

Brought our entire family, three boys ages 7, 11 and 14 and another 14 year old for the day. Our youngest was very hesitant at first, in tears actually, and our guide Ryan was so amazing - he spent so much one on one time with him and helped him become comfortable with the equipment. He was so patient. Then later in our adventure my 11 year old became scared in the middle of an obstacle and Ryan literally climbed up to help him get across. The entire staff was so encouraging and helpful. I am typically terrified of heights but with the safety equipment and harnesses I was very comfortable and my husband and I (45 and 40 years old) conquered "The Summit!" Definitely well worth the money and felt very safe and secure. It was exhausting but time and money well spent! Can't wait to go ahead. Gloves (which are a mere $3 and offered on site) are a definite must! Also the $4 for unlimited water in the coolers is absolute necessity too.
