I am 48, my friend is 69. I got a little nervous after we bought our tickets and THEN read the reviews. I have let myself go the last few years and am not in great shape, but she does cross fit several times a week and takes good care of her body. So that is what we were working with. We found the staff to be informative, helpful and friendly. It was an overcast but humid day, so it was not as hot as it could have been. We paid the $3 fee for the water and for the gloves. WARNING, do not do this without gloves, you will be sorry. You can bring your own if you want but we were out of towners so this was easier. You may be tempted to say, "I'll bring my own water, It's cheaper", that would be a mistake. Pay the small charge, it is so worth not having to lug your water around with you, it is available when you need it, and you will need it! It wasn't hot on the December day we went and I drank 31/2 bottles. The course is so, so fun! As so many other reviews have said it is a challege, but I found it to be exciting and fun. I would recommend it highly for people who enjoy being physical and challenging themselves. There are shorter ziplines scattered throughout the course and then the big one at the end.

Hello,
Thank you so much for your review and your visit! We are so glad you enjoyed your adventure with us! One of the great things about TreeUmph! is that it’s a great activity for all ages, from 7 to 17 to 87. Great suggestion on the water. Like you mentioned even on days when it doesn’t feel as hot, it’s still important to stay hydrated because even though you may not realize it because your having so much fun, you are getting a great work out as well! Thank you again for your review and we look forward to seeing you again next time you are in the area!
Cheers!
