Our family of 7, which range in age from 7 to 60 years old, drove from across Florida for a weekend of adventure in Sarasota. The highlight of our trip was TreeUmph, a rope and zip-lining adventure geared to every age. Although I and my 30 year old daughter have a fear of heights, we loved every obstacle, including the grand finale zip line. TreeUmph is conveniently located off I-75, just north of Sarasota. All required equipment is provided along with instructional video and hands-on training. The courses are wonderfully shaded and they encourage you to bring a picnic lunch for a full day of fun. We'll be back again!!

My daughter had been to the course last year and loved it so she wanted to take her stepfather there as a surprise for his birthday. He was sure surprised! The course had a lot of different challenges and definitely gives you a work out and tests your limits. Somewhat expensive but well maintained and well staffed. Staff is trained in emergency care; got to see this first hand as someone passed out high up on the course and needed to be rescued. My 8 year old did the kids' course. He blew through it quickly and we were all disappointed he could only do it twice, as it was not very busy and then he had to hang out for two hours while everyone else finished. A lot of money for a short time....

It takes about 2.5 - 3 hours to complete depending on how comfortable you are, athletic, etc. Courses 1- 4 gradually get higher and more difficult, but the 5th course aka The Summit, is a killer. If you do not have upper body strength, scared of heights, or are not in shape, I do not recommend going on it for your comfort. Just a FYI :) The staff are always friendly, helpful, the whole 9 yards. This is a great experience you won't be able to do in majority of places. GREAT IDEA GUYS. Keep up the amazing work! I'll be back!

Hello, Thanks for your review and your visit! We are so happy to hear that you had such a great time during your adventure with us! You are right, the Summit (course 5) is not for the faint of heart, but don’t let that discourage you from giving it a try if you think you’re up to it. Our rescue guides are always standing by ready to help you if you end up rethinking your decision! Thanks again for your review, see you again soon! Cheers!
