After taking my 7 and 9 yr old, I don't feel that 7 is an appropriate age for the course. I feel she was too young for the course. I also didn't like the fact that the child has too finish the whole course to do the zipline. I think most kids want to do the zipline and if they don't get to they feel like they failed. I think the whole point of the ropes course is too encourage kids to do their best and Ty and build them up. By not letting them get to zipline, I feel it hurts the child's feeling and makes the whole activity not fun. My 9 yr old had a great time and I feel it was a good challenge for him.

Hello, Thank you for your visit and for your review. We are sorry to hear that our Ape Up course was a little too challenging for your 7 year old. Seven years old is the industry standard for these types of courses, but of course every child is different, and occasionally children can get scared when doing something so different for the first time no matter what their age. It has been our experience that children that are too scared to complete the obstacles leading up to the zipline, are often too scared to attempt the zipline itself. We also have many 7 year olds complete our Ape Up course with ease and are eager for more of a challenge. Because each child is different, we base our requirements off of our own experience and those of other experts in the industry. All that being said we are so happy to hear your 9 year old enjoyed the adventure with us and we hope to see you again soon when the kids are a bit older to give it another try! Cheers!

I have never done a high and I wouldn't classify myself as strong. However, the courses were amazingly fun! You can fall off the course and as long as you can pull yourself back up you keep going. The zip lines are a welcomed breeze and placed throughout the courses. Loved every minute of it!

Hello, Thank you for your review and for your visit! We are so glad you had a wonderful time during your climb with us! Just to clarify, you can never fall more than 6-8 inches (depending on how tall you are) as your safety line will always catch you. But you are right, as long as you can get back up from sitting in your harness for any reason you can keep going, and if not a Rescue Guide is always ready to help lower you safely to the ground. Thanks again for your review and we hope to see you again soon! Cheers!

This was a great time! Tree Umph invited BBBS Tampa Bay to come out for a day of adventure and excitement! They were well staffed, helpful and encouraging! I would recommend this great outdoor adventure course to all that have the physical urge for a challenge!
