Long hair must be pulled back
Adults (aged 12 and over) must be able to reach to 5’11” or 71” with their feet flat on the ground
Juniors (aged 9-11 years) must be able to reach to 5’9” or 69” with their feet flat on the ground
If guest is under 16, they must be accompanied in the trees by an adult aged 16 years or older
Waiver must be completed by all guests. If under the age of 18, parents must complete waiver

This course was a lot of fun! My friends and I are very physically fit and were impressed to see that the each of the five courses were increasingly challenging. All of the employees were energetic and helpful. There was plenty of water available throughout the park. I would definitely recommend purchasing both the glove and water packages, especially if you go during the summer. We will definitely be back!

This means we start off the courses to be fairly easy and they continue to get higher and harder as you go. I was really excited to try this place and the courses lived up to my expectation for the most part. They are pretty challenging but also really fun, it's a great work out. The problem we had was that we got stuck behind a group of children around 10 years old on the adult course. People who are slower are supposed to allow the faster ones to go ahead but none of the guides enforced this policy. When we got to the second scramble course there was a line of 20 people behind us because the 3 kids in front of us were holding everyone up so I felt rushed and frustrated when it was my turn and eventually gave up. I felt like it could have been better managed and I would have completed the course had the guides enforced the policy. I don't want to spend the money to go back and run into the same problem.

Hello, Thank you for your review and visiting us. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the courses. With regards to the group of kids, unfortunately we never know the abilities of our guests when they begin on the course and our guides monitor the speed and concerns to the best of their ability. We encourage our guests in our introduction safety video to allow faster climbers to pass if they are holding up the course. Our video suggests that if you would like a guide to facilitate the pass though to ask a guide for assistance so they understand your frustration, and they will assist. We spent about three hours there and had a blast! The course progressively got more challenging... and more fun! We will definitely return!
