Our family of 3 went to Treeumph for a Mother's Day gift to mom. Upon arrival, the staff refused to honor the military discount they offer. On top of it all, they refused to honor the Mother's Day special they had, even though we went ON Mother"s Day. We still went on the courses despite the unfair pricing, and about halfway through we reached our second bad experience. On one of the obstacles there was a group of very slow climbers, and a HUGE lien started to form. The guide who is supposed to help people pass and regulate the traffic did nothing but play with his rope on the ground and ignore the situation. I was the only one out of us 3 to make it to level 5. I made it all the way to the VERY LAST obstacle when I was unwillingly removed from the course for "fear of heat exhaustion." They made me go inside to be checked out. Of course everything passed and I was completely normal, but I wasn't allowed to return to the course even though I worked so much to get to the point I was at. Beside that, I wasn't even allowed to go on the super long zip line at the end. We all had to leave without compensation for their shortcomings and not being allowed to participate in everything we paid for. If we paid $180 we should be able to do everything there. Yes, the obstacles were fun but it was the staff that made this experience below satisfactory. I will most likely not be back.
