With over 10 different "ZipLine" parks under my belt I consider myself somewhat of an "expert". Kids course for my son was the best one so far, you get to do it twice and for $10 more you can go 2 more times. My wife was a chicken, again, so she still hasn't been. My daughter and I did the big course. 1, 2, 3 and 4. She was afraid of the #5 so we skipped it. Next time, AND THERE ABSOLUTELY WILL BE NEXT TIME, I'll go ahead of her and finish #5 and then wait for the and join her to finish #4. Look, it is easy, no, but it's 90% mental. There is no way to get injured or killed (contrary to the release form), unless you are an idiot and jump off or do not clip in like you are suppose to. It's a 3.5 hour drive from my house and that sucks, but we already bought ZipBack pass which lets you go back for 1/2 price within 6 months, so we are absolutely doing it soon!

I was a little taken back by the cost of the experience. In order to take my 14 year old son I had to pay for 2 adult tickets so I can schaperon him along the course. He is much more athletic than I am and I did not understand why I had to be alongside him when I did not feel comfortable and he had no issues with the course. I work in the Safety & Risk Management industries so I understand liability, safety and waivers. I signed all of them. I must say that the safety program on site is top of the line. There are several guides available that will get anyone that needs assistance down in a matter of minutes and with complete confidence. I love the venue and would recommend it for sure. The problem comes up if you have a kid that is able to do it and you can't keep up yourself. Overall a fantastic place!!!

Thank you for your review. At TreeUmph! safety is our highest priority and keeping your 14yr old son safe on course is something we don't take lightly. For this reason we require a chaperone on the course with all children under the age of 16. Although your child may have been capable of being safe without you, not all 14yr olds are and therefore we have a no exception policy. We are glad that you and your son had a great time.
