I visited TreeUmph by myself, and aside from not being able to get photos of me in action, the day could not have been more enjoyable!
I arrived a little early and because they weren't super busy, they got me started within 10 minutes. I watched the safety video with two other people, did the demo course, and was on my way.
Definitely get the gloves or bring your own. My hands were feeling it even with them by the end. I also suggest getting the water pass. It was super cloudy today and I went at 9am and it was still really warm. I took advantage of that water as often as I could. I can't imagine being there on a sunny day or in the afternoon without it.
I was able to complete four out of the five courses. I really wanted to try five, but my arms were just too tired.
All of the guides were extremely nice, and super helpful! I was struggling hard on one of the course four obstacles and the guide gave me tips to enable me to get across. My only gripe is that there weren't enough guides on the course. I got to one part where I wasn't sure what to do and I had to guess and hope for the best because no one was around.
All in all, it was an amazing experience. It took me about two hours, but I can see how it would take 3-4 hours on a busier day. It was definitely physically demanding, but I had a blast. I would recommend this 100%!

Thank you for your review and your visit. I'm thrilled to hear that you had an amazing experience and I'm glad to hear you found our Guides to be nice and helpful. I'm sorry you felt uncertain at one point during the course. We instruct all climbers during the training that if they need assistance for any reason during your adventure all you need to do is call "Guide, Guide, Guide" and a Guide will be able to assist you. You may not always be able to see the Guides on the ground, but they always have eyes on you during your adventure. Thank you again for your thorough review and we look forward to seeing you again soon!
