Tom was our guide for the 1st two tours and he was absolutely fantastic! Very knowledgeable and entertaining. Devon was our guide for the evening tour. She was very enthusiastic, but it was her first season so she is still learning. Unfortunately we ended up with a bit of a rowdy group and it was difficult to hear her at times. The group sizes are the only reason that I have marked this 4 stars instead of 5. The first 2 tours were okay with about 15 - 20 people, but the evening tour was about 30 people which was too many. To be fair, we were there in late October and Salem was extremely crowded and busy.

Our tour guide,Tom, was absolutely amazing! Not only was he informative but he was funny. The best experience I have had thus far and I have been to Salem a number of times. Book a tour! Hands down the tour guide of the year!
