Overview

Trolley Pub is a BYOB, pedal-powered, eco-friendly, pub-crawling pedal bar for up to 14 people at a time. The Trolley Pub is powered by you and your fellow pedalers, with an electric assist motor for the hills. It’s hard not to smile on the Trolley Pub. If you don’t have enough people for a full beer bike tour, or you prefer to socialize with other people, you can purchase Mixer Tickets (individual seats). All Charlotte Mixer Tours are in South End and make two stops (15-20 minute each) along the way. Your driver will customize the route each time based on the riders and requests.

We never had the chance to even get on the Trolley Tour because of PATRICK AND TRIP ADVISOR! I booked this tour a week in advance through trip advisor for a 3pm tour on 4/23.My boyfriend and I was celebrating his birthday in Charlotte for the weekend were visiting from NY. I received confirmation and my tickets through email. The morning of my tour 9:42am I messaged the tour guide to get information and he never responded until 10:30am. At 2:26 I asked if we can bring a bottle of wine (no response). We were at the pick up location at 2:45 waiting. At 3:10 I texted and called the number notifying them that we were there waiting and we do not see a trolley. The representative informed me that we were at the wrong pickup location and it was never updated though trip advisor. Who's fault is that? Not mine! The representative had Patrick call me back at 3:10pm I spoke to him and told him where we were. This guy had the nerve to tell me that we were late anyways because the trolley leaves at 3pm. Meanwhile we we were there 15min early. He also told me that he messaged me informing me of the correct address. PATRICK YOU'RE A LIAR! You never messaged me of the correct location. You responded at 3:12pm which was after our conversation. If you have a 3rd party company why wouldn't you inform them of the of the correct pickup location? Therefore you wouldn't have any issues. The only good thing you did was refund my money which I would've disputed with my bank anyways. You never apologized or showed great customer service regardless of the circumstance.

This was the best part of my 4 day stay in Charlotte , Moe our host and driver made this tour so much fun. The group was amazing ! It was a bday present for my daughter's big 40 and what made it even more special = There was 4 other bday party groups with us. Awesome time!

It was a great way to see the city! Zach our guide was super fun and nice, we even got to play our own music. Everyone on the street was dancing with us and a cool bike club was doing tricks for us. We stopped at two cool bars. All around a great time!
