"I experienced the tour with my three lifelong friends. We have all traveled the world extensively and taken many tours in many countries. We all enjoyed Priscilla’s tour so much, and agreed that it was one of the best tours we have been on! Priscilla is delightful, funny, kind and so knowledgeable about her beloved Tucson. She made the tour really entertaining, while still imparting the high points of Tucson and its history, present day information and the quirky things that make it special. My wife and I are from St Louis and this was our first visit to Tucson. Priscilla is an energetic and knowledgeable tour guide. She shared that she is a teacher in her "real weekday job." She certainly earned an A+ for today's performance. Priscilla guided us through various sections of Tucson and showed us some of the history of Tucson as well as the unique desert vegetation. She explained how throughout history the residents of this area utilized their local natural resources to improve their lives; especially the use of cacti to provide "natural barbed wire fences" and colorful red dye. Our tour included only 6 participants, so the smaller group allowed for a more interaction between the group and Priscilla. The driving tour was just the right amount of time (3 hours) and was very informative. We took a lot of photos!
