Overview

We are unique because we keep our group size limited to 20 people. This makes it comfortable and more of a VIP experience for our guests. Also marine life does not get overwhelmed and stressed by too many people in the water and they like to swim closer to our guests.

We also play music based on your taste. We even let you log on to the Bluetooth to play your favorite songs along the way.

We understand not everyone is a snorkeler so we put floating platforms out to lounge on that are attached to the boat if simply relaxation is your goal.

The all girl crew was amazing and super attentive to everyone's level and needs!! Will recommend the earliest time to avoid the crowds 😄 We saw 3 turtles super close!! Very clear waters!

Husband and I came January 2024, great sunny day saw lots of turtles and fish but just too crowded they overbook the amount of boats at turtle canyon and kept being bumped and slammed into in the water. My husband not being the best swimmer I warned the crew of our boat and didn’t seem to listen to me, trying to make conversation with me I’m a very advanced swimmer, they were just too young and had itty bitty suits on. People come with there significant others and there kids, didn’t need to see things that we shouldn’t have seen, very unprofessional. The instructions weren’t clear on arrival thought they were kids, as well as safety instructions being unclear and not getting to the point, everyone looked and acted about 15 years old. This was our last activity of our trip and very disappointed. Lack of professionalism and lack of respect of others.

Claire, I'd like to touch on all of your points to hopefully educate you and any future guests. For starters, any other boats at turtle canyon are not affiliated with us. It is an open area for all boaters to come and visit the turtles. We do multiple safety briefings and instruction on every charter that is identical and then each person is visited individually for any special needs.. As for our captains and crew. They are licensed open ocean lifeguards, CPR/ AED certified and further trained in all aspects of saving your life. They receive training with Hawaii Water Safety and the US Coast Guard. Many are professional divers, surfers, and mariners along with being Marine biologists, college grads and students. Our company is made up of professional, strong, confident women who are there to give you the best service they can. Your comment on their appearance and age is very superficial and disrespectful. You should remember you are visiting a different culture that has different backgrounds and beliefs than your own. Please be respectful of that and those that live here while visiting. I think the takeaway from this review is that you belittled your fellow women instead of empowering them and only focused on yourself therefore missing out on the beautiful experience you could have had. Wonderful, wonderful adventure with a very attentive crew. They showed us some dolphins and made sure to find turtles for us. It was fabulous. Highly recommend. Angelina, Alex, Lucy, Nina, and the rest were wonderful.
