We had a great time on the water. The staff was prompt efficient and friendly. Even with quite a few people felt like a smooth boarding, snorkeling, and exiting process. I liked that they had “lifeguards” and had a resting area off the back of boat. Staff really seemed to enjoy themselves which always makes it better. We also had a few whale sightings. My family was in the water and I stayed aboard the boat but still felt comfortable.
