My wife, son, and I went on a Bay Fishing excursion with Chapo as our Captain. We had an awesome time!! We caught many fish but the highlight of the trip was at the end of the excursion we caught a Blacktip shark!! Chapo certainly knows these waters and knew where to go to catch specific fish species and he kept us busy reeling in!! After we returned to the pier, one of Chapo's family members cut the shark into steaks for us and then we took it to the Lobo Del Mar Cafe, which is owned but the same family as SPI Excursions, and they cooked it up and we had it for dinner, mmmmm, so good! Highly recommend SPI Excursions. Great time!!

Viator canceled the trip 12 minutes before we were supposed to board the boat!!!! Asked the SPI excursions what they could do to fix it, they said they had a banana boat float tour we could do instead of bay fishing!! No thanks! You can keep your banana boat!!

We had a great experience on the water. Chapo was so nice and friendly and really made our family feel at ease. Bonus! We caught plenty of fish!
