You must present your ticket along with a valid ID at Madame Tussauds NYC to receive your Hard Rock Cafe VIP voucher.

Present your printed voucher to your server when ordering, along with valid photo ID bearing the name of the lead traveler. Show your voucher at the Host Stand for VIP priority seating. While priority seating moves your party to the head of the line, it does not guarantee immediate availability.
