Katherine was our tour guide on November 22, 2022 for the Ultimate Tour. There was only 3 of us so it was kind of nice and personal. We heard a few strange noises that were not explainable. I got a picture at the Sorority house that looks like a face screaming and the next day another one was found only seconds later in a different place in the same window. Overall, it was very interesting and informative.

Catherine was a great guide highly recommended. Very informative and a great way to see the town at night.

Horrible. 63 people in the group, which is ridiculous….it says 15 per group but obviously that’s a total lie. I’ve done a lot of ghost tours (Savannah, Charleston, New Orleans, etc.) and this was by far the absolute worst……we didn’t even finish the tour because it was so bad. Almost nothing about ghosts, mostly a mish mash of history and half stories about the area, which might have been interesting if our guide was any good but honestly, she just wasn’t a good story teller. I would definitely NOT recommend.
