What To Expect

Las Vegas

We proudly offer a designated bus driver (for safety) and step-on tour guide (for entertainment and information). Our drivers do not double as tour guides. Start your tour with pickup from select Las Vegas hotels and we don't take you to a central location to reload onto a different bus. You will go out on the bus you were picked up in. Limiting pick-ups and traveling on one bus allows us to save time and get back early. It can take hours to pull in and out of every hotel. By limiting pick-ups to 7 we are usually the first bus company to Hoover Dam. En route, your guide entertains and answers questions Hoover Dam, its history and/or the Las Vegas area.

We include a photo stop at the famous Welcome to Las Vegas Sign - Our guides will show you the best place to stand to get your photos to create a happy memory of your time in Vegas.

Boulder City

Travel through historic Boulder City, viewing the quaint Dingbat houses which were built for the Dam Workers, and the historic Hoover Dam Hotel. We also make a stop here so you can visit the Hoover Dam Museum.

Hoover Dam Bypass

Our buses have an added treat, a photo stop at the new Hoover Dam bypass bridge for the single best view available of Hoover Dam. Get those cameras ready for the best selfie ever!

Hoover Dam

On arrival, you’ll begin with a generator viewing. Travel 524 feet (160 meters) into the walls of Black Canyon to view the Nevada power-plant, generators and a 30-foot-diameter (9-meter) pipe inside one of the four giant diversion tunnels. Next, head into the Hoover Dam Visitor Center where you can see the history of Hoover Dam and view numerous exhibits that explain how the dam was built, how it operates and who benefits from the water and electricity. Walk on the Top Tour - This is an exclusive, fully guided comprehensive 45-minute walk over the top of the dam. Your knowledgeable guide will touch all aspects of the dam including electricity, outlet works, intake towers, concrete, diversion tunnels, water/drought, deaths, wages, earthquakes, artwork, WWII and more.

Very good trip. Even doing it solo, Trevor the animator/organizer made the effort to pair up with cool people. He made what could have a been a boring bus ride into a very nice trip laughing along the way. Very empathic and with great tips for the trip and not only. Hoover Dam is awesome on its own, but comedy on tours added an extra sauce to it. Recommend!

With all the options available for the Hoover Dam tours, we chose the ultimate tour and it 100% delivered. I am so thankful we chose this tour! Our bus pickup was on time, well coordinated and a clean and comfortable bus. Our tour guide and bus operators were so friendly and professional. Dan Hall, our guide and on-bus entertainment, is a legend in my mind now. He took the day to tour from a simple site seeing trip to comedy trip plus tourist facts to the next level! Dan, your jokes and delivery were hilarious. It was an excellent time and not only did he take care of entertainment, but also was an excellent tour guide. We had bottled water on hand as promised and we got to go to every stop we hoped for. The schedule was on point and we arrived back to Vegas exactly as described. Don’t be late to the bus because they have a schedule to keep. My pickup was 8am and we were wheels up at 8:05 am. I was impressed with how coordinated everything is including the lunch stop. No long waits for food. They get your order on the bus and call in ahead so when you sit down you’re ready to eat after seeing the amazing Hoover Dam. It still would have been a great trip without any comedy, but again, Dan Hall had the bus rolling in laughter. He’s a true professional comedian with a fantastic sense of humor in a world that needs a lot more laughter and fun. Thanks for making the trip to Vegas for the wife and me, Dan. Hope to see you at the comedy club. 5 stars all around for the entire tour offering!! I can’t say enough good things about this trip and the upstanding crew that made it possible. Our tickets were promptly sent via email and we felt like A listers. Don’t forget to tip the people that made the trip possible if you find it as excellent as we did. I wish I could have given even more. It was so worth it. Thankful for such an upstanding company in a world that rarely delivers on the promise of being “ultimate” anything. They delivered! I am recommending to all my family and friends. For anyone that doesn’t like to be bored seeing landmarks, this trip is for you. Just book it! No regrets here.
