Ultimate Self-Guided Audio Driving Tour of Kauai (Na Pali, Waimea), Hawaii

Overview
Recommended: Purchase one tour per car, not per person. Everyone listens together!

Buckle up for a tropical adventure you’ll never forget! Cruise through lush jungles, walk along pristine beaches, and dive into the history of the beautiful island of Kauai.

Learn about the culture and how everything changed when sugar plantations arrived. Hear about clashing cultures and… a failed Russian invasion? No, really!

Here's how it works: Within 30 mins, we'll send you two things: a unique password and an app. Download the app onto your phone and enter the password. Then download the tour inside. When you reach there, drive to the Kauai Visitors Bureau. Once there, launch the app and simply follow the instructions from there! Stick to our recommended route and speed limit for the best experience.

No expiration — The tour comes with lifetime validity!

This is not an entrance ticket to attractions along the route. Check pandemic rules & opening hours before your visit.

I enjoyed listening to stories of the history of Kauai. I wouldn't have known as much about Kauai or been able to find many of the stops on the tour. It made my solo trip enjoyable and I was able to learn along the way.

Thank you so much for your feedback, Luisa! I’m delighted that my tour of Kauai added to your learning and that you enjoyed it. I also have 100 other self-guided tours for other parks, scenic drives, cities, and historic sites in the US — hopefully, you’ll get the chance to try them next time! Also, just to remind you, the tour you bought is yours for a lifetime. So, you can listen to it at home or on your next visit.

You have to follow the pre instructions for this and as long as you do it’s great. Really cool to drive without a group of folks and spend as much or as little time at a place as you want. I’d recommend researching Waimea and all the hiking trains along the coast before this. There are spots you’ll want to get to before 11am and if you’re wanting to hike this is a full day experience. If all you want to do is drive and stop for a pic or 2 you can do it in 2-3 hours.

Kimberlee, I apologize for the inconvenience. We searched our system and discovered just one booking in your name. We sent our instruction email on September 9th. Find an email: "Your tour operator sent you a message regarding your (Viator) booking." Additionally, check your spam folder. I also have 100 more self-guided tours for various parks, scenic drives, cities, and historic places in the United States – perhaps you'll have a chance to experience them the next time you visit! Also, as a reminder, the tour you purchased is valid for a lifetime. As a result, you may listen to it at home or at your next visit.
