Overview

Our tour begins in the Sobro (South of Broadway) neighborhood at Parlor Doughnuts, one of the newest editions to the area. Here we’ll try some of their amazing donuts, featured above. After that, we’ll take a leisurely walk through downtown, stopping along the way to talk about the major entertainment district along Broadway. We’ll then continue our way to two amazing donut shops in the Arts District. We’ll end our tour at Donut Distillery in the Assembly Food Hall, which has plenty of options for delicious donuts, as well as other amazing food and drinks.

My husband and I were visiting Nashville for the first time and someone suggested doing a walking tour. A tripadvisor search led me to the Donut Tour. How in the world do you pass up a Donut Tour?!?!? But, honestly, I was concerned about it being too donut-y. I'm not a big eater and I thought it might be too much. I even considered bringing my own doggy bag (just in case). But oh no! It was perfect. The donuts got smaller/lighter as the tour went on and I didn't need the doggy bag! Jason and Tracy were tremendous hosts - personable, funny, knowledgeable. They were so fun. Seriously, book the tour! And check out the other cities that have Underground Donut Tours and book those too :)
