There’re so many amazing foods in New York City: pizza, bagels, pasta and of course, donuts. Our Union Square & Greenwich Village Tour will bring you to some of the best donut emporiums in Manhattan where you’ll try donuts that will absolutely delight and astound your taste buds.

We’ll start with a relative newcomer that serves heavenly bombolone in unique and astounding flavors. Next, a Greenwich Village icon that’s been around since 1964—featuring a wall of donuts in all shapes, styles and delectable flavors to choose from. And finally, we’ll finish the tour at one of our favorite shops where you’ll experience a donut masterpiece in brioche that’s become a favorite with our guests.

As you walk off the donuts between shops, our guides will point out landmarks—both big and small and fill you in on local history and color.

This was the inaugural NYC donut toor and a big shout out to our cooler-then-you-know tour guide Jennie - the tour is very well organized, gets you walking to a few donut shop locations some with history (like the Donut Pub home of the Cronut) so a good walk-about in and around the west village. The tour is about 2 hours, bring your appetite as your get to try donuts at each location, wear comfortable shoes and keep your eyes and ears open. What tops this tour is the stops along the way showing the group great architectural buildings and neat history nuggets. worth your time !

The donuts were “deee-lish” ! We were in the presence of a seasoned tour guide. Jenny combined:. wit, humor and as a plus, comprehensive knowledge of NY architecture.. with paired cool stories. Both facilitators orcastrated a seamless tour experience. I would hands down, recommend the tour. The fellowship of the other participants on a splendid day, was the icing... On the Donut!

This was a great way to explore the city, learn some new facts about the city, and eat some great donuts! Jenny was a great tour guide. We started at Donut Plant and ate some creme brulee donuts, which were FANTASTIC. We then walked down to Dough, where we tried passion fruit, hibiscus, and salted chocolate donuts. Dough uses brioche for their donuts, which is unique and very tasty. They were MASSIVE! Then we walked down to the Donut Pub, and we picked our own. I got a bacon maple and my wife got a croissant donut. They were actually very light and fluffy and also super delicious. We then made our way down the final spot, a place called the Donut Project. Two words: MIND BLOWN. We had a donut called the Bronx which was olive oil and black pepper, it was really good, and an interesting combination. But my favorite of all was the everything donut. Yes, you heard that right. Imagine an everything bagel. Now imagine it as a donut. That's basically what it was. A donut, sweet cream cheese frosting, and everything bagel seasoning on it. It was incredible. The tour ended after that stop. Along the way Jenny showed us different sights and gave us different tidbits about the city. She kept it moving, kept us entertained, and did a great job as tour guid! I can't recommend this tour highly enough!
