We've always had a passion for donuts, but only recently did we realize just how many others do too. And when looking around, we didn't see anything that truly celebrated donuts in all their glory, hence the Underground Donut Tour was born. This tour is for anyone who truly enjoys donuts. At each location, you'll be able to try a curated sample of that location's best donuts. Many locations offer vegan, gluten or nut free options, however, please make sure to let us know ahead of the tour, so we can make sure to highlight those specifically for you. Our tours include such favorites as Federal Donuts, Dotties Donuts, Beilers Doughnuts and more.

This tour seems mostly to be Neil's creation, and it's hard not to respect his enthusiasm. I think he's still getting the hang of it, and some of his facts are better than others, suffice it to say. The donut portions are generous, that said. And if you're traveling with kids, they'll eat up the "certified donut afficionado" thing, too. Overall, great and extremely personable tour guide and tasty donuts. Don't hesitate.

First of all, the donuts are great and plentiful! Dottie's and Beiler's are some of my favorite donut spots in the city already but I learned a lot more about them and the other donut entrepreneurs. One worry I had was that this would be all donuts all the time and it would get boring; but our guide Neil kept it really fresh by including Philadelphia's cultural and historic landmarks along the tour route. Would definitely recommend! Also, as others on here have said, skip breakfast! You might not want lunch either!

This tour is a donut lover's dream. Our guide, Neil, was knowledgeable, friendly, and energetic. And oh my gosh, the DONUTS. Make sure you don't have breakfast before you come. There were so many different types that there was really a donut for anyone and everyone. I would recommend this to anyone coming to the city!
