Halloween horror nights were so good this year!!! I loved each of the houses and their intense detail and storytelling. But what really felt like the bummer this year was hellblock horror and spirits of the coven, spirits was a very pretty house don't get me wrong, but it's such a confusing house with very long hallways with nothing. Hellblock I think was just bad, I heard rumors saying that there was going to be an Evil Dead house but universal lost the rights to it, so they had to come up and build a house in a short amount of time. First thing to note is that the Universal Parks in Orlando are pure amusement parks. There's no "studio" in Orlando and the parks doesn't have any "studio tour" or information about movie making like the one in California. Instead the parks are simply movie themed. The high point for us was the Wizarding world of Harry Potter. Diagon Alley in the main park is fantastic and Hogsmede in Islands of adventure is equally impressive. Apart from that there are several great rides. If you opt for the free refill cups, be aware that there are quite few stations around the parks and there are usually 5-10 minute lines for each of them.
