Such a scam, the express tickets go up every 10 mins . They where 80 online the night before make sure you get them online. Once we got to the park the express tickets price changed to 279.00 then the tickets went up to 379.00 for express!!. These express tickets are more than the general admission which is ridiculous

Ridiculous bag check policies that break up families before getting on rides. Shouted at by teenage staff with inaccurate information. Not a smile or thank you when making store purchases. Overall a lesson in how not to do hospitality. Very disappointing.

I had never been to Universal Studios and was looking forward to it. We are adults were looking forward to it. It was OK. We did not find the same professionalism as we are used to at Disney. One ride operator at Harry Potter was actual horrible and was rude. After that incident the next person we dealt with on this ride, Harry Potter, was actually quite good. Food quality, drink prices were a little higher than Disney. Stopped t the Irish bar/Restaurant and also ran into less than impressive service. We did enjoy a few rides. If I were to do it again I would have spent another day at Disney.
