We are from Australia so we decided to spend 2 weeks and do both Disney and Universal. We found Disney an amazing experience, everything was so convenient and easy for a family to navigate. I have 4 kids including a baby and I was able to go on so many rides and attractions with her in a carrier or on my lap. Unfortunately, Universal was disappointing. I couldn't enjoy anything with my baby on my lap at all. My older kids love roller coasters which is why we bought tickets. So many rides were closed and we struggled to do more than a handful of things per day due to long wait lines and walking a lot between attractions that were closed. We had four day passes and my kids didn't even want to go back after one day. I also did not find the experience of the staff nearly as helpful or friendly as WDW. We wished we had spent our second week exploring other things like Legoland for example rather than Universal.

Clean, walkable, plenty of activities for all age levels. Mobile food ordering was great. Harry Potter worlds were soooo detailed. Some attractions are dated but still fun to explore. The mobile app with ride times was essential.

Universal Studios is a fun filled theme park with many attractions and rides, including Harry Potter's, Diagon Alley, Transformers, The Minions, and the Simpson's.
