Upper Antelope Canyon Admission Ticket (Antelope Slot Canyon Tours)

Overview
One of the most amazing sights you will ever see, Antelope Canyon is a natural slot canyon carved over time by water and wind to create a symphony of shapes, colors and shadows. Antelope Canyon is located southeast of the town of Page, AZ. You will meet at the office and be driven out to Antelope Canyon for the guided walking tour of Upper Antelope Canyon. This part of the canyon is chiseled out by millions of years’ worth of flood erosion and impactful winds on its sandstone.

This incredible canyon has been created over many thousands of years by the relentless forces of water and wind, slowly carving and sculpting the sandstone into the forms, textures, and shapes which we observe today. The scenery in Upper Antelope Canyon changes constantly as the sun moves across the sky, filtering light softly across the stone walls. These ever-moving sun angles bounce light back and forth across the dramatic canyon walls. The displays of color, light, and shadow will astound you.

We made the 2 1/2 hour side trip from the Grand Canyon. Was it worth it? 110%!! My husband, college aged daughter and myself found this to be one of our favorite all time experiences. Our Navajo guide Bernice was fantastic- full of insightful information, and history of the canyon. She was an expert in taking photos and pointing out interesting shots within the many rooms. The beauty and experience was phenomenal- we would recommend this tour to anyone near Page AZ. The drive from the Grand Canton was beautiful and well worth the effort. Do not miss the opportunity to see this natural wonder!
