Please check in with your name (Okay to show your name on the phone if you do not have a printer). Please check in 1 hour (at least 45 minutes) EARLIER before the tour time. Must be checked in 45 minutes before tour time, reservation will be canceled and will not be refunded or rescheduled due to late check-in. Refunds will not be issued for “no-shows” and being late!

Please use Google Maps to search and check in at Antelope Canyon Navajo Tours/Tsé Bíghanílíní Tours, Highway 98, Milepost, 299.8, Page, AZ 86040, wear mask and prepare enough cash for paying check in service fee($5 per person). One bag per reservation and no tripods/monopods.

All times mentioned on the page and confirmations are in ARIZONA STANDARD TIME (Summer time: Same time as Pacific Time; Winter time Same time as Mountain Time. - No Daylight Saving Time - Not Utah Time - Not Navajo Nation Time). Because the Utah State Line is less than 7 miles away, cell phone towers from Utah (and the surrounding Navajo Nation) often will be the wrong time! Do yourself a favor and do like the locals do: Manually set your cell phone to PHOENIX, AZ time.

For Children under 55 lbs, please bring your OWN Children's car seat or booster seat for shuttle ride down (the tour will NOT provide it)

Antelope Canyon

We are visiting Upper Antelope Canyon. Witness a masterpiece of Nature's uncanny workmanship as you embark on a visual feast. enjoy a scenic ride to the canyon where the guide explains geology, cultural history and modern issues. Upon arrival at the site you will step into the desert and enter an amazing fantasy world in stone. For photographers, with proper exposures, you can bring out the best in your own creativity. For non-photographers there is a magical new world to explore and immerse yourself in. The colors are rich and deep in the morning and afternoon,and the famous light beams occur mid-day during April to September. Hiking over the top of the canyon is required. Trail is rated MODERATELY DIFFICULT.

Great experience walking through the canyon. The guide was excellent too. Downside: TripAdvisor charged me $176 for this tour which costs $100 when booked directly with the tour company. TripAdvisor won’t let me state the name of the tour company here

Thanks for your feedback. The Upper Antelope Canyon is very popular and tickets get sold out quickly several days before the tour date. We pre-arranged the tickets and additional cost applied. On-site tickets are not guaranteed during peak season.

We lost over $600 when an act of nature prevented us from making our tour! Our family was excited for this tour. We were planning to drive up from the Phoenix area early in the morning in time for the tour to begin. However, there was a large wildfire that caused a road closure on Highway 89. We tried to re-route the trip, but found that a detour would add 2-4 HOURS to our travel time. With our other activities scheduled and distance to travel, we just could not make it work. We requested a refund and were denied. We requested a partial refund and were denied. We asked if we could reschedule for another date. Still denied. We lost over $600 because an act of nature, out of our control, made it impossible for us to get there in time. They kept ALL of our money and did not provide us any services.

Hi Diane, We have sent the reminder to every affected booking one night prior to remind them to consider the travel time due to the wildfire. Other guests on that day joined the tour on time. The ticket CANNOT be changed or canceled or refunded after confirmation. Refunds will not be issued for “no-shows” and being late. No refund at all even if the canyon is closed due to bad weather conditions. Regretfully, illness, fear of COVID, forgotten reservations, misjudging travel times, traffic, weather and other emergencies do not affect this strict policy. We're sorry!
