Holly cow!! This place did not fall short of ANYthing they have to offer! They exceeded our expectations! Chewy, our tour guide, was absolutely AMAZING. We had a family of four who was a little nervous being that it was their first time and not only did he assure their safety 110% of the way, he sat us accordingly so everyone felt extremely comfortable! If you’re wanting to get soaked, I highly advise requesting the front! They also have a area where they allow you to get out and swim! The water was so refreshing and the views of the Smokey Mountains are absolutely breathtaking! My experience was more then I could ask for and I thank the staff for making this a memory we will never forget. There’s multiple river rafting companies around that same area but they are ranked the BEST for a reason! Don’t hesitate to try them out!!
