This rafting company is like a finely tuned machine. Helpful and friendly employees. Clean facilities. Ewok was our guide for the second time. He is an amazing guy to talk to, has great jokes, and made my nervous daughter feel at ease. I took my two girls with me 8 and 11 years old it was great time our guide Matthew was great and got the girls the front seat on the raft . we enjoyed the ride and waves and had a great time over all I would reccommend River rat and would do it again. I think they did not have enought water at the time we went so the rafting was level 3 but if enough rain I can see be it level 4

This was one of the memorable experience during our visit to the Smokies. Our guide Anna was great and made the ride exciting. The rapids are mostly rating-3 with a couple of rating-2. Had a blast !!
