Minimum age is 8 years old and minimum weight is 70 lbs (32 kg)
Swimsuits and shorts work best. Secure shoes with a heel-strap are required (tennis shoes, water shoes, sport sandals with a heel-strap). Bare feet and flip-flops are not allowed. Don't forget to bring a change of clothes and a towel

It was a perfect day, the water was a little warm but very refreshing. Conditions were perfect for me and my boys; 16, 14, 11. We were a little nervous going into our first rapids, but it was smooth sailing….or paddling and we got tossed around the perfect amount. So fun and exciting. Me and the boys will be talking about that forever. Our Guide, Eve, was fantastic; explained everything well, kept us working as a team; put us in the right spot every time and made it so much fun. Highly recommended!
