Minimum age is 8 years old and minimum weight is 70 lbs (32 kg)
Swimsuits and shorts work best. Secure shoes with a heel-strap are required (tennis shoes, water shoes, sport sandals with a heel-strap). Bare feet and flip-flops are not allowed. Don't forget to bring a change of clothes and a towel

My bridesmaids and I decided to go white water rafting while on my bachelorette trip to TN. We are so glad that we decided to! It was so much fun and our guide, Maddie, was fantastic! The trip probably lasted between 1-2 hours. Definitely do this if you have the time!

This was our first time whitewater rafting and it was an awesome experience. Our guide was great. This is definitely a good place to take kids that are old enough. Great place to learn what it's all about and I highly recommend this company.

My husband, mother and mother in law did this trip. My mum in law was terribly nervous and the things they tell you to be afraid of before hand did nothing to assuage her fears! However, once we were underway, with our guide, Brett, who was AWESOME, she settled right in. She paddled when told, held back when told and generally learned that things you are afraid of can become things that you want to do again. Keep in mind, my mother in law is 76 years old. Brett was great. I cannot say enough about how great Brett was.
