Minimum age is 8 years old and minimum weight is 70 lbs (32 kg)
Swimsuits and shorts work best. Secure shoes with a heel-strap are required (tennis shoes, water shoes, sport sandals with a heel-strap). Bare feet and flip-flops are not allowed. Don't forget to bring a change of clothes and a towel

Our guide was Miami, and he was all around amazing. He is great at making people feel comfortable and jokes around with everyone. He’s a great guide and made sure we got soaked. My boyfriend flipped out along with another man on our raft and it was hilarious and scary all at the same time. Would definitely recommend!

First time rafting and loved it! Our guide, Abigail, was great! She did a good job of explaining everything to us and encouraging us through the trip as well as sharing some things about the river. Will definitely do this again!

We come to Gatlinburg every year for our Senior Trip. We always go to Smokey Mountain Outdoors as one of our excursions. They are always professional and make sure we enjoy ourselves. Paul is the best guide ever!!
