MAYBE this tour was good. But the interface was horrible. and we couldn't figure out how to make the tour line up with where we were. The tour didn't give us accurate directions and half of the attractions mentioned were closed. It was next to impossible to get back on track even with the help of the map. If we didn't stand exactly where the tour thought we should be, it wouldn't start. We stopped at a recommended restaurant for lunch and were told it would be a two-hour wait before we could eat! We didn't stay for that. At the end of the tour, we realized that we might have enjoyed Charlotte much more if we had ditched the tour entirely.

Please can you send us a message through TripAdvisor or email us at [email protected] so we can find out what went wrong and make it up to you. Thanks, Alicia

Liked the self guided tour idea, price was right and easy to do. Occasionally my audio seemed to skip compared to my location. Mostly worked ok.
