Overview

The Uptown Eats! Trolley Tour with Food Tours of America is a foodie lovers favorite with over ten different food tastings in three sit down restaurants, including a sweet dessert treat. Opt-into signature alcohol pairings, mocktails, or an Osadia Tequila flight experience from Texas’ best. In between tastings, we’ll visit the McKinney Avenue Trolley “Car Barn” for a VIP behind the scenes tour where Dallas’ original trolleys are restored and maintained. We’ll take insta-worthy photos, meet a trolley conductor, then hop on a vintage trolley for a ride to the West Village Shopping District! This is our original tour, established in 2012, and every tour supports our local trolleys with a donation.

Please note: This is an active urban neighborhood. Please be aware of traffic as well as uneven sidewalks and streets.
The age and varying design of the historic MATA trolley cars can create accessibility challenges for some passengers and require a few steep steps to enter and exit the trolley car.

Andrew was great. I left full and satisfied, we went with a few couples and had such a fun time. Andrew knew so much of Dallas history, seriously enjoyed myself

This was so fun!! Our guide was Jim and he was awesome, friendly & very knowledgeable! You get soo much food we were STUFFED so dont eat before or plan on eating after. You also get to see so much of Dallas from walking to riding the trolley! 150% reccommend this tour!

Wonderful and one of our party was blind. We called last minute for a morning tour & they were VERY accommodating. Because we requested morning & they were agreeeable, ours was a private tour so we gladly accepted the additional fee. Justin was our guide & is most informative. The variety of cuisines & dishes was impressive. Most impressive however, was the service & attention from the owner of Baboush. His, also, were the most surprising, yet delicious tastings. You do NOT go away hungry. Word of advice, pace yourself from the start! We also added the alcohol pairings & we’re pleased we did.
