USS Arizona Package

Overview

National Park Service’s USS Arizona Package is perfect for couples coming to the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center.

Check in with your Viator tour voucher at the USS Arizona Memorial Narrated Tour desk, located in the courtyard of the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center. Open daily from 7am to 5pm with free parking. (Sorry, no phone check-ins). Open 362 days a year, closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day.

Important Information
• This program does not include the movie/boat tickets to the USS Arizona Memorial, please visit the National Park Service’s website at recreation.gov ( or call toll free US/Canada at 1-877-444-6777), tickets are available two months out and are only $1.50 each. Or come early, each day there are an additional 1,300 free tickets given out at the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center on a first come, first serviced basis, and gates opens at 7am.

It is hard to put into words what you will experience, but you should not visit Hawaii without paying respects to the Arizona.

A moving experience. Having travelled to Hiroshima a few years ago it was very meaningful to have visited both of these historial sites. Book tickets in advance if possible. On the day we visited they took the whole stand by line through, but it was still a 90-minute wait for many of them.

What can I say? Pearl Harbor was very somber and moving. Actually being able to see the ship and hear the history made it more personal to me. I feel like everyone should go here and see history. It really makes you appreciate the lives that were lost.
