Vail Segway Tour from Vail Village

Overview

After meeting your guide at one of three departure times, you will have a brief but thorough training session where you will learn the basics of how to ride the Segway before heading out on the tour. Your small group will then take a fun and easy scenic tour of Vail Valley, Vail Golf Course, and Vail Village. There will be plenty of stops for photos and interesting information from your guide along the way. After cruising the beautiful mountain paths for 90 minutes, your group will return charged and ready for your next adventure. Drug or Alcohol use prior to tour strictly prohibited.

We did the Segway tour with our 17 and 18 year old. None of us had experience with segways. Not to worry, our guide TJ did a fantastic job of training us. The tour was amazing! So worth the money!!!

My group of 5 was all family with ages from 14-75 and all had a blast with it. It’s 2 hrs including about 30 min of training so expect to be on your feet that entire time. If you’ve just come from a hike, it could be tough to be standing for 2 more hrs but you’ll manage. The guide (JT?) was energetic and had a bunch of fun facts enroute. The tour was about 6 miles out and same back, down the Gore Trail toward East Vail. My kids thought this was the most fun they’d had all vacation, partic my youngest. It’s just a great experience and well worth the cost to do something so different.
