Had a great time on this tour! The brothers who own the business did an excellent job safely navigating us down the streets of Vail past shops, restaurants, parks, a golf course, stunning homes and beautiful landscapes. Very knowledgeable about the history of the area, sharing interesting stories. Very focused on safety and training on using the segways prior to starting out on the tour. Even took photos along the way and shared with all after. Would recommend this be on your “to do” list when visiting Vail!

Seth and Spencer (brothers) are the best. From communicating over Facebook to answer my questions, to booking my large group in two separate reservations, to being patient and careful with me (the one reluctant rider), they are just super people all around. They are relaxed, incredibly patient, and oh so kind and polite. As a teacher myself, I know that it can be hard to teach the same thing and answer the same questions all day long. They make you feel like you are the smartest person in the world and that you are the most important person on the tour. The tour itself is fabulous, because, well . . . it is Vail after all. The brothers know all about Vail and give some great historical and geological lessons. We have been visiting Vail for over 30 years, but we learned new things nonetheless, and it was the highlight of this year's trip. Our participants were ages 13 - 77. Our 77 year old did much better than I did (47 year old), but he's pretty athletic and spry. ;)

My only regret is that we didn't do this on the first day we arrived in Vail. When I called to make the reservation Seth was so helpful and even answered questions that I had about other activities we were considering doing while in the area. He is definitely passionate and knowledgeable about the area. The tour starts off with a brief training video followed by hands-on practice before you hit the trails. By the time you take off on the adventure, they have made sure that you're comfortable and ready to roll. They did an excellent job with the training and interacting with the various levels of comfort/confidence of our group. The tour itself is fantastic. While Seth and Spencer can't take credit for the beautiful scenery, they do get huge props for their knowledge about the area and all of the information they provide. It was like having a history and geography lesson about Vail while taking in the incredible views. The tour took us to parts of the valley that we would not have otherwise seen or known that we could get to on our own as first time visitors. Spencer followed the tour on a bike to make sure everyone was doing alright and to take photos. Here's another cool feature -- they they GAVE us the photos by air dropping them to our phones. It's just not practical (or safe) for riders to have their phones out, and I was so hoping we would have pictures that captured all the cool views. No worries, Spencer's pictures were awesome! I cannot rate this experience high enough -- it was fantastic, and truly if you're wondering which of the various activities around the valley are worth the cost and time, this one should be first on your list! Everyone in our group (ages 17 - 62) had a great time.
