What To Expect

Valley of Fire State Park

The best hiking destination close to Las Vegas. This place is spectacular. Enjoy a colorful Aztec Sandstone rock combinations at the Valley of Fire, which formed from shifting sand dunes 150 million years ago. On a sunny day, these rock formations look like they are on fire, giving the park its name, the Valley of Fire.

Seven Magic Mountains

One of the most photographic art in the Mohave Desert. Swiss Artist Ugo Rondinone art installation featuring 7 painted boulder totems up to 35 ft. Installation was 10 years 20,000 pounds to 25 tons, stacked into seven towers. They form totemic figures 30 feet to 35 feet tall. They are meant to evoke contrast and continuity from nature to culture, hence their bright colors, which are typical of Rondinone's sculptures. Enjoy the monuments colorful rock formation and take a best picture ever.

Great tour and great guide! Janus ran a relaxed and informative tour. He was able to adjust activities according to what the group wanted to do. The scenery was spectacular! Highly recommend!

I am reviewing the Valley of Fire and Red Rock Canyon Day Tour from Las Vegas, however I NEVER got to go on this tour. I can't believe all the 5 star rating reviews. My experience with this company was UNPROFESSIONAL and UNDEPENDABLE. I booked and paid for this tour back in July for a Wednesday, August 25, 2021 tour. I informed the company at booking that I would NOT have email access while in Las Vegas. In addition, my cell phone communication would be limited. No texting. On Sunday, August 22, 2021, I received an email from the owner requesting I change my tour to either Monday, August 23 or Friday, August 27. Well, August 23 was out since I would not yet be in Vegas. So I contacted the owner by phone and told him I could switch to Friday, August 27. I told him I already had visits planned and was he sure that the tour would happen on August 27. I also explained I would be charged change fees. He stated MOST DEFINITELY. So I rearranged my schedule to accommodate their schedule. I had assumed (correctly) that they did not have enough participants. The owner thanked me for being cooperative. On Thursday, August 26, I contacted them to confirm my pick up for the next day. I was told he had to cancel due to lack of participants. I couldn't believe the unprofessionalism. I rearrange my schedule to accommodate you and then you cancel AGAIN. The owner stated he could put me on a standby list. I stated a firm NO. REFUND MY MONEY. I told him I have to try and find another company at the last minute. I understand the business side, but when you take someone's money and confirm TWICE, when someone is on vacation, you are expected to follow through. For the record, I was UNABLE to find another tour operator, so this company ruined my chance to see these sights. Ironically, when I got home, there was an email from the company to SWITCH BACK to my original Wednesday, August 25 booking. I obviously didn't receive it, because I told them I would NOT have email access. UNBELIEVABLE. This is a 100% LEGIT review.

First I call you and email you 5 times and after I call you and text you 2 times !! No respond from your side ! Thats not my problem you can not reply 7 text massages and 5 emails 5 phone calls ! Thats your responsibility ! The tour was not sold out means not enough booking to do the day tour ! That can be a reason to cancel the day tour ! That information list on Viator read carefully next time ! Second you did not enjoyed the day tour so how you can say it is unprofessional ? Make no sense ! We refund you the 100 % amount!!! Thats a false / mislead information if you say we did not !!! Next time if you decide to book the tour in online platform make sure you responds 5 phone calls 5 emails and 7 text messages !
