From pick up with Mike to the team at the office and on our drive with Charlie it was nothing but an impressive off the beaten path adventure. You could tell the team got a long like family and it showed in the way they treated everyone the way they looked after you the whole way you definitely get your money and then some. Hands down the place to book. We were covered in sand tears of laughter and feeling great .booked for my husbands birthday. As a surprise he loved it

We had the 12pm tour but didn’t start riding until closer to 2pm. We were picked up at our hotel & rode 30 minutes from the strip to a building to pick up a helmet & goggles. We waited there for almost 45 minutes while a “large group” finished their tour. We then rode in a van to the dunes where we waited another 30 minutes to actually begin the tour. Our guide was very kind…but seemed overworked & hot. Our driver was also very kind. However, there was a lot of talk of tipping which seemed excessive. I appreciate what they did for us & came prepared to tip but the constant reminders were a little much. We paid $1000 for the trip….surely they were getting some of that $$?? The equipment was not in good shape (buggies were old & the helmets & goggles had definitely seen better days) so the $$ has to be going somewhere else. After our hour ride, we waited another 10-15 minutes in the sun to get a ride back to the shop to get our stuff & head back to the hotel. All in all, from pick up to drop off was about 4 hours which seemed too long for a 1 hour dune buggy ride. My family had a good time. Said it was a highlight of the trip. I thought it was ok. Very bumpy and hard to steer in the sand. And hot. Am I glad we did it? Yes. Would I do it again? Nope. I’d rather drive an ATV or UTV with a roof (which I actually thought we were renting but that was my fault for not researching enough). The staff were all very friendly & provided lots of cold water which was greatly appreciated!

My most memorable experience was drifting that buggy! Just the punch of adrenaline I needed! Jimmy was so patient and worked so so hard to ensure everyone was taken care of…he is the absolute best and gave me the ride of my life!
