We enjoyed the boat ride and guided tour of Mt Vernon even though we had a bit of rain. Ayana (sp?) was quite knowledgeable and supplemented the narrative on the ship and at the estate. We would have appreciated a bit more explicit instructions on how the amenities worked for our group on the ship - coffee and muffins, etc were included but that wasn’t clear to us. The ship while mostly clean needs maintenance.

There was a little confusion about the tour within the tour boat. The sign I read never mentioned TripAdvisor so I was in the wrong boarding line. Otherwise our tour guide A was great. The weather was descent which was a plus for this time of year.

Waiting 45 minutes for our boat. The tour guide and his boss didn’t communicate properly. Our tour was cut short and we were punished by having to wait for another boat
