If you have previous neck, back, heart, injuries or shoulder dislocations, are pregnant or wearing a hard cast - you will not be able to fly.
Max weight is 259lbs, flyers will be weighed at check-in

It is recommended that you wear well-fitting, lace-up sneakers or running shoes and comfortable clothes
You must arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled flight time

Me and my husband went there for my bday and it was so much fun. Our instructor R was super helpful and nice. I would definitely do it again. Great experience and very good staff. Everybody was nice and helpful.

Our group of 10 friends and family had a wonderful time at iFly Virginia Beach yesterday. None of us had prior experience before; And we had a couple of friends who were very nervous and had second thoughts before we started the activity. Our trainer Mike was extremely patient and took great efforts to make all of us feel comfortable. He made sure that each one of us had a pleasant experience with the activity. As a bonus we also got to watch him perform some amazing tricks in the tunnel. Definitely worth a trip whether it is at Va beach or any of their other locations .
