If you have previous neck, back, heart, injuries or shoulder dislocations, are pregnant or wearing a hard cast - you will not be able to fly.
Max weight is 259lbs, flyers will be weighed at check-in

It is recommended that you wear well-fitting, lace-up sneakers or running shoes and comfortable clothes

Two words.... TRY IT! For a scaredy-cat like me, it was a little intimidating. However i put on my big girl panties and let the wind do the rest. TOTALLY FELT SAFE THE WHOLE TIME! It was an experience I am glad i did. Hats off, pun intended to MIKE! He made our family of four feel so comfortable. I suggest the package for a family of 4 our more. Definitely will do again

I flew with my husband and three of my kids, ages 4-12. It was really awesome, and such a rush! I recommend keeping your body very stiff in position, or you could end up flailing uncontrollably the whole time like my 12 year old daughter. Our trainer Laura was awesome, and made it a great experience for us, and she made sure it was very safe. The staff were all great, and kept masks on, and were very sanitary. On my daughter's second flight, Laura held her by the legs like she did for the smaller kids, and she was able to control her upper body much better that way. We all really enjoyed it!
