If you have previous neck, back, heart, injuries or shoulder dislocations, are pregnant or wearing a hard cast - you will not be able to fly.
Max weight is 259lbs, flyers will be weighed at check-in
Minimum age is 3 years
Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their waiver
It is recommended that you wear well-fitting, lace-up sneakers or running shoes and comfortable clothes
You must arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled flight time

From entering ifly in Virginia Beach through to the end of our experience at the gift store, the staff were friendly, encouraging, supportive and knowledgable! Special shout out to our instructor Julie and the gift store rep Natalie! I do not recall everyones name, buthey all assisted with making our activity enjoyable. As an apprehensive attendee I was assured by all the safety and the instructions heloed. It was THE BEST TIME!!!! My husband of 25 years suggested the idea which is out of nmy comfort zone. NO REGRETS!! Planning on going again!

I took my sister to iFLY for her birthday, it was amazing. They have great instructors that make sure you understand what to expect and how to position your body. Even though each flight only lasts a minute, it feels a lot longer. I would recommend adding on the High Fly where they take you up to the top of the wind tunnel. We will definitely do it again.
