Loveland Pass

Travel the high mountain pass of Loveland Pass, cross the Continental Divide, reach elevations of 11,900 ft. We will make photo stops along the way.

Our family couples trip to Colorado was fun and exciting. We began in Denver over the weekend by touring the city. We used the FREE 16th St. Mall trams to traverse the areas restaurants and shopping stops. We took in a Rockies ballgame at CoorsField. We also attended the Denver Art Museum - a must for for art aficionados! Then, it was on to Red Rocks amphitheater for a KILLER Queen concert. Red Rocks has a great ascetic quality, a natural rock formation situated perfectly for music concerts. Bring the camera for amazing pictures. On to Rocky Mountain Park - the highlight of the trip! We spent the entire day riding thru the park taking in one vista after another - truly spectacular views. Witnessed some wildlife on the way - elk, muleteer and small game. The high altitude makes for cooler temps. Many memories to bring home with us!
