Joe was amazing very knowledgeable and funny. Would have given a 5 tour company would have informed us before hand that the Silos is closed on Sundays.

Joe the tour guide was great! Enjoyed the entire tour and all his knowledge of the area as well as fixer upper. Even my 14 year old was impressed. He was gracious enough to drop us off at the silos so we didn’t have to walk back from the pick-up hotel. He also invited us back the next day so we could get inside of a fixer upper house! Zero complaints. If you’re contemplating wether or not you should go on this tour- YES is your answer.

All of the tour was great. It was awesome to see the houses and also see their farm and house. I would recommend anybody that loves fixer upper to take the tour first before doing anything else.
