Joe was fantastic, funny and knowledgeable. But being from our old town, it’s just not enough to see the fronts of a few houses remodeled by Chip and Joe. We felt we could have done the same tour on our own and in our car. Underpromise and overdeliver has been my business motto for years. The only places we could get out and take pictures were also the places where we could shop. Also something we could have done on our own. Show the inside of just one of the Gaines’ “fixer uppers” and you’d have a fun tour. Driving by and seeing the front doors provided no more fun than seeing only the outside of the houses when they were on TV. Would never recommend this tour to anyone. But would say Joe was a sweetheart♥️

Appreciate you booking. Usually you do go in a house, but we cannot guarantee it. But, we do invite you back the next day or so to go into the house with that group. No one offers this opportunity. A guided tour by definition is seeing the sites with narrative provided, which you said Joe did a good job. We offer 100% satisfaction, please contact me at 254-870-1412 for a full refund.

In Waco one day, didn’t get to go inside a house or spend much time at silos because tour took 3 hours instead of 2.5

Sue was a terrific tour guide. She was knowledgeable and attentive. Her love for for city is obvious. Her stories about the area were entertaining. Glad we took the tour early on in our trip. Gathered lots of ideas of places to eat and things to do for the remainder of our trip! Thanks for such a fantastic tour!
